AHILA 13 Congress

It gives me great pleasure and honour to invite you to the 13th Congress of the Association for Health Information and Libraries in Africa (AHILA13) which will be held on 15 – 19 October 2012.

The conference as the theme suggests heralds a very pertinent theme on “Enhancing access to health information in Africa.” We acknowledge that this can be achieved through research, collaboration and innovation and this conference is expected to bring together health information professionals and stakeholders to share research findings and good practices addressing these issues. With the integration of workshops, free papers and social programmes, the conference promises to be a stimulating and enjoyable event.

This conference which will be held in the city of Praia in Cape Verde will not only provide a valuable platform for sharing experiences and knowledge but it will also provide an opportunity for the participants to enjoy the beautiful island of Cape Verde.
